Alex Quarnberg has been an Arizona real estate agent for over 8 years, with the first part of her career focused on sales and leasing, where she gained extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords. During the past six years she has specialized in commercial real estate with special interests in multi-family and land development. However, with her industry knowledge and tenure she enjoys helping her clients in any area of commercial real estate. Alex has a contagious personality that makes her easy to be around and prides herself on building relationships, working hard for her clients, and always fulfilling her commitments. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, camping, going to the lake, scuba diving, and traveling with her family.

Morgan brings 13+ years of working Real Estate expertise to the team as well as a lifetime
worth of industry knowledge. Real Estate is in her blood, with both parents having extensive
careers in the New Build industry, Morgan has paved her own path and identity along the way.
She specializes in Residential Resale business, Property Management, Commercial Leasing
and Short Term Rental Management. She also brings experience in Team Management,
Mentorship, and Business Growth & Development.
When it comes to Morgan’s clients, team and peers - she wants the very best for every single
person she knows and comes in contact with and however she can help to make their
experience in this life a more positive one, she will make sure it happens.

In her freetime, Morgan spends it with her family and friends, her dog Maxwell is always by her

Cole Brown is the newest and youngest addition to the Perk Prop team. However, coming from the Brown & Brown family auto business, we surely see he has been seasoned with business acumen and knowledge. Cole is charismatic with a genuine personality and will put a smile on your face. He exudes performance and specializes in property research. His attention to detail gives him the ability to excel with confidence while making all efforts to be authentic and transparent with his clients. Cole is an Arizona native; he loves his state so much he wants to help you learn to love the state he loves through real estate development.

I’ve proudly called Arizona home for over 20 years. Art "Coach" Hall, has been in the real estate business since 2016.  Before real estate, Art was a teacher and coach in the Mesa Public Schools system for 32 years. He approaches his real estate business with the same energy and competitiveness he did with his basketball teams in high school. He is married with 5 children, 13 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Hard worker, fair, honest, are a few of Art's traits that makes him a successful, and a dependable real estate agent.

Juleen Nielsen is a driven, detail-oriented, and dynamic member of the team. Since joining in 2020, she has been instrumental in ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for her attentiveness, responsiveness, and eagerness to help, Juleen is the steady force behind the scenes—making sure every detail is handled and every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed.

She coordinates and closes all Perk Prop real estate transactions with precision and care, keeping the team on track and clients confident throughout the process. She also oversees the day-to-day adminstrative and office operations to keep the team running efficiently. Outside of work, Juleen is a devoted mom of four who enjoys cheering on her kids at their soccer games.
